Subscriptions are available on a monthly recurring basis. To manage your subscription, click the My subscription link on your dashboard.
There is currently no way to change an active subscription. If you'd like to move to a different plan, you will need to cancel your current subscription, to stop the recurring payment, and re-subscribe when your current month expires. If you'd like immediate access to the new plan, please raise a support ticket via your dashboard, after you've cancelled your current subscription. No data will be lost when a subscription is cancelled.
Update credit card details
We do not have access to your credit card details, so it is not possible to change these to reflect a new credit card number or revised expiry date. To change your credit card details, please cancel your current subscription, and follow the instructions in the confirmation e-mail about how to resubscribe to the same plan.
Once a subscription is cancelled, you will be able to use the paid features until your paid plan expires. Cancelling a subscription will not issue a refund automatically, so please get in touch. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Payments for cloud subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of the payment date.
- Payments for on-premises installation subscriptions are not refundable - please contact us for an extended trial if necessary before starting your subscription.
