Transferring a subscription
Manual subscriptions
Manual subscriptions (i.e. those where payment has been made directly with Structurizr Limited via bank transfer or PayPal) can be transferred to another Structurizr user if required. Please contact us to do this.
Automatic/recurring subscriptions
Automatic/recurring subscriptions (i.e. those billed every month by credit card) cannot be transferred between users. Instead, if a user X wants to transfer their subscription to user Y, you will need to:
- User Y: Start a new monthly subscription from your account.
- User X: Transfer the workspace(s) to user Y.
- User X: Cancel your subscription.
